Wunda Chair teacher training modules are divided into three weekend modules, progressing from beginner to advanced:

• Wunda Chair I: Core strength and spinal articulation fundamentals

• Wunda Chair II: Balance, strength, and flexibility challenges

• Wunda Chair III: Advanced work linked to Mat repertoire

Wunda Chair Teaching Qualification

Individuals who wish to become officially qualified as Wunda Chair teachers can do so through P.E.A.R.

Requirements to Enter Wunda Chair Teacher Qualification Program

• Mat 1 &2 Pilates

• Reformer Course

• Cadillac Course

Requirements to Complete Wunda Chair Certified Teaching Qualification

• Complete 30 hours of Wunda Chair seminars I, II and III.

• 50-100 hours of apprenticeship at P.E.A.R. studios in London (via the Comprehensive course)

• Apprenticeship includes: supervised practice, supervised teaching, and observation

• Physical Exam: 75 minutes

• Total course duration: 80-130 hours
