Michael qualified as an Osteopath and Nutritional Therapist in 1999.
Since then, Michael has been treating people from all backgrounds including professional athletes and dancers.
His clientele includes professional dancers from Strictly C. D. and principal dancers from both the English National Ballet and Royal Ballet.
Michael has worked at the flagship LA Fitness gymnasium in South Kensington and at Farmacia at Selfridges and Covent Garden.
He is passionate about exercise and well-being and enjoys swimming, gym training, and Pilates.

Richard Budd is a Pilates Remedial Specialist and Osteopath. His expertise provides effective support for individuals seeking recovery and balancing their physical condition.
Following a career in the Royal Navy, Richard trained in the Pilates method in 2000, and formed part of a team of Pilates teacher trainers.
Richard graduated as an osteopath from the British School of Osteopathy (now Health Sciences University (HSU)) in 2008 and additionally qualified as a Western Medical Acupuncture practitioner.

He is an experienced Clinical Educator at the HSU and is the ‘in-house’ osteopath at he Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, providing treatment and advice to performers and support staff.
Richard is an active Judo player, over forty years’ experience, and he continues to actively compete, coach and referee.
