Course description
A 2-year study of the Pilates Method with a total of 1000 hours of lectures, seminars, self practice, observation, and supervised teaching. Learn the technique in-depth, and great detail from experienced and established professionals, and become a teacher of the highest standards. Course content

180 hours of pilates tuition: 79 modules on Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, Wobble Boards, and small apparatus at Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced levels

20 hours of lectures on anatomy, physiology and medical conditions including: study of the skeletal, muscular, and respiratory systems; a brief study of all other systems of the human body; physiology and a brief on degenerative medical conditions that pilates benefits

500 hours of guided studio practice, observation and supervised teaching (compulsory)

300 hours additional practice (recommended and supported)
