This course is designed for aspiring Pilates teachers and movement professionals who want a solid understanding of anatomy, safe practice, and effective teaching principles. Open to all.

Includes: Applied Anatomy, Beginners, Progressions and Classical Mat Exercises.
Students will need to find Mat classes to practice in other organisations as we only offer equipment classes.
