Tower/Cadillac Training Course
Pilates Teacher Training with the foundations of Tower/Cadillac Equipment

The Pilates equipment made for Rehabiliation
J. Pilates designed the many features of the Cadillac in hospital beds. This is the most used Pilates equipment for rehabilitation. No matter what the physical ability or condition of the client is, the Cadillac is designed to give the body the support, isolation, and safety required. Clients/patients can work around an injured part of the body, allowing them to rehabilitate an injury while exercising the rest of the body.

Train in all levels
Our comprehensive course covers 3 levels of Cadillac training to help you master the equipment with a thorough understanding and diverse repertoire: Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced.
Beginner
We explore the foundation principles of teaching on the Cadillac, including correct use of the machine and safety for teachers and clients.
Intermediate
Moving on to more complex concepts and exercises, we explore further the art of teaching on the Cadillac. Looking at the whole body, we isolate muscle groups and refine our form and technique.
Advanced
We elevate the training by deepening strength, agility, balance, advanced technique, and complex dynamics. This level of training and completion is recommended for physically-able teachers.

Train with an experienced team
We focus on teaching you more than the basics and what's on paper. At Pilates Education and Research (P.E.A.R.), we encourage students to develop intuition, observation skills, search for subtleties and fine tune their bodies. You will learn how to teach individuals rather than a set format of Pilates exercises. We help you to become an outstanding teacher, not just another teacher.
Founder of our studio, and course teacher Ellie Ioannidou, is one of the UK's most recognised voices in Pilates teacher training. With decades of experience and multiple mentions in the historical record of Pilates in the UK, Ellie brings deep respect for tradition together with a fresh, evidence-informed approach to movement education. P.E.A.R. studio offers a training environment that is rigorous yet personal, rooted in classical principles but open to evolving. Our mission is to deliver teacher education of the highest standard — not just to certify instructors, but to shape reflective, confident, and adaptable professionals.
